Maybe you want a team that does not need you in every detail. Maybe the next step is in sight and you want to take it well. Maybe you simply want somewhere confidential to think.

This is for you if

  • You are ambitious and want to keep growing, without it costing you everything.
  • You are stepping up into partnership or a bigger role and want to do it properly.
  • You want more impact, not more hours.
  • You want to develop your team rather than carry it.
  • You want to win work and build relationships in a way that feels like you.
  • You wrestle with perfectionism, overthinking, or the pressure to keep proving yourself.
  • You find it hard to say no or hold a boundary.

Ambition is not the problem. Unsustainable ambition is.

The aim is to go further in a way you can keep up, and enjoy.

What we work on

Practical leadership skills, and the thinking behind them

  1. 01

    Delegation

Hand over real work with confidence, so you stop being the bottleneck.

  2. 02

    Priorities and attention

Protect time for the work only you can do, instead of living in your inbox.

  3. 03

    Difficult conversations and feedback

Say the hard thing clearly and kindly, and get a better result.

  4. 04

    Leading and developing a team

Build people who can carry more, so you do not have to carry it all.

  5. 05

    Influence

Bring partners, clients and boards with you, without relying on rank.

  6. 06

    Business development and relationships

Win work and build a network through genuine connection, not hard selling.

  7. 07

    Decisions under pressure

Make good calls faster, and stand behind them.

  8. 08

    Stepping up

Move into partnership or a bigger role, and lead well from day one.

  9. 09

    Sustainable performance

Boundaries, energy and pace that keep your judgement sharp for years, not quarters.

Alongside the practical skills, we work on the personal side too: imposter feelings, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and whether the role is still the right one.

What changes

Outcomes you can stand behind

More impact, not more hours

You delegate properly, develop your team and get time back for the work only you can do.

Clearer decisions

You make good calls faster, and stand behind them.

Relationships that grow your practice

Business development that feels like genuine connection, and a network that keeps working for you.

Leadership that is not a performance

You lead in a way that gets results without costing you everything to sustain.

Authority without armour

Presence and gravitas that come from knowing you belong, not from projecting.

Work that fits the rest of your life

Not balance as a slogan. Specific, deliberate choices about pace, hours and what enough looks like.

How it works in practice

A considered method

Sessions75 minutes

Long enough to get past the presenting issue to the real one.

RhythmEvery three to four weeks

Time to test something, notice what happened, and bring it back.

EngagementSix months

Around seven or eight sessions in total.

We start with a conversation at no cost and no obligation, to see whether this is the right fit.

The spacing is deliberate. Three to four weeks between sessions gives you time to test something, notice what happened, and bring it back. Weekly coaching produces conversation; this produces change.

Sessions are by video call, so you can work with me wherever you are.

Everything is confidential. Where a firm is sponsoring the coaching, goals may be agreed openly at the outset, but session content stays between us.

I work with a limited number of clients at any one time so the work is done properly. Where I am full, I run a waiting list.

Investment

This is bespoke work and a meaningful investment. I work with a small number of clients each year for that reason.

If after the first full session you do not feel this is right, there is no financial obligation for that session.
