Privacy notice
How I collect and use personal information through this website. I keep it to the minimum needed to reply to you and stay in touch if you ask me to.
Who I am
This website is run by Nat Baldwin through Intellectual Consultancy Limited, company number SC738708, which is the data controller for personal information collected here. You can contact me about privacy at nat@natbaldwin.com.
What I collect
If you use the enquiry form, I collect your name, email address, enquiry type and message.
If you sign up to the newsletter, I collect your email address.
If you email me directly, I receive whatever you include in your email.
I do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and the website does not set cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If you choose to play the TEDx talk, YouTube may store information on your device, under its own privacy policy.
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to arrange and deliver that work. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To send you occasional articles and news, only if you have signed up. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing me.
I never sell your information or share it for marketing.
Who helps me
This website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which emails them to me. Email is handled by Microsoft 365. Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your IP address when the page loads. If you choose to play the TEDx talk, it is shown through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and for up to two years afterwards unless we go on to work together. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, object to how I use it, or withdraw consent. Email nat@natbaldwin.com.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Coaching confidentiality
Anything shared within a coaching engagement is confidential and handled under the ICF Code of Ethics and our coaching agreement, which sets out confidentiality in full.
